How can I delete my account?
In order to do so, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Open the app and navigate to the menu located in the top right corner of the homepage. Select "Account Deletion".
2. Follow the prompts to enter the Email Verification Code and the Google Authenticator verification code (if you have enabled GA authentication).
3. Confirm once again that you understand this action is irreversible.
4. After the account deletion application is completed, we will manually review your account. If there is any relevant information that needs to be communicated. we will contact you by email. The entire review process will be completed within 14 days, please stay tuned.
